I trained a dwarf to clean up after herself today!
Takaas tipped me off that a bunch of people were grinding in the shimmering flats, and no one was skinning. I need lots of heavy leather for Thorium reputation, so I flew down there. Heavy leather everywhere! 4 or 5 horde grinding on the beasts, looting everything, so I could skin everything. Or at least, everything I could get to before it rotted.
Wandering around looking for hot spots, I found a dwarf hunting turtles in the north, and NOT looting them, unlike the conscientious horde. So I pantomined out that I wanted her to loot them, and killed her pet spider until she figured it out! Now she's a good little tidy dwarf.
ETA: I left for 10-15 minutes to skin at Tahonda, and when I came back she had left a whole bunch of well-looted turtles to skin. The training stuck! What a clever dwarf!
ETA2: hee hee! I'm using Skinnerian behavior modification in order to increase my effectiveness as a Skinner!
